By using CurvLogic, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the CurvLogic platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CurvLogic is a managed optimization intelligence platform for MetaTrader 5, delivered as a subscription service. It provides tools for EA discovery, parameter optimization, AI-powered analysis, live EA deployment, risk management, and performance monitoring. The Service connects to your MT5 terminals running on your own infrastructure.

3. Subscription & Access

Access to CurvLogic requires an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment conditions are established at the time of your subscription agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future subscription periods with reasonable advance notice.

4. No Financial Advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. AI-generated analyses are statistical observations based on historical data, not trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the Service.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk
• Past performance (in backtests or live) does not guarantee future results
• Automated trading systems can malfunction or produce unexpected results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• The Service's risk controls reduce but do not eliminate trading risk

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your MT5 infrastructure (terminals, VPS, broker accounts)
• Securing your account credentials and API keys
• Monitoring your deployed EAs and trading accounts
• Configuring appropriate risk controls for your situation
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Reviewing AI recommendations before acting on them

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, network issues, or MT5 terminal downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall CurvLogic or its developers be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

CurvLogic, including all software, algorithms, methodologies, documentation, and interface designs, is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued. Deployed EAs on your MT5 terminals will continue to run independently but will no longer be managed by CurvLogic.

11. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
