EA Discovery

CurvLogic automatically discovers Expert Advisors installed across all your connected MT5 instances. The EA Library gives you a unified view of every EA available for optimization, along with its supported symbols, timeframes, and parameter definitions. You can import EAs individually or in batch — with optional validation backtests to confirm they run correctly before entering the optimization pipeline.

Tick Mode Profiling

Before committing to a full broad search, tick mode profiling helps you find the fastest test mode that produces equivalent results for a given EA. CurvLogic runs the same EA with identical parameters under multiple tick modes and compares the outputs:

• Open Prices Only — fastest, but may miss intra-bar behavior
• 1-Minute OHLC — moderate speed with reasonable accuracy
• Every Tick — full tick simulation
• Real Ticks — highest fidelity (uses actual historical ticks)

Similarity scoring quantifies the accuracy difference between modes. If a faster mode produces results within configurable thresholds, CurvLogic recommends it — potentially saving hours of optimization time per run.

Broad Search

A broad search sweeps wide parameter ranges across millions of combinations using the MT5 Strategy Tester. CurvLogic handles everything:

• Configures and launches the optimization on your MT5 terminal
• Monitors progress in real time
• Imports every optimization pass with full performance metrics
• Presents results with interactive charts, heatmaps, and distribution plots

AI analyzes the results, classifying each parameter by its impact (strong, moderate, weak), identifying robust performance clusters, and proposing narrower search ranges for the next stage.

Each optimization pass includes comprehensive metrics: profit, profit factor, max drawdown, expected payoff, Sharpe ratio, recovery factor, trade count, win rate, and all EA input parameter values.

Search Around

After AI analyzes broad search results, it proposes focused parameter ranges around the most promising clusters. Search-around optimizations use finer step sizes within these narrowed ranges, producing higher-resolution results in the regions that matter most.

Each search-around run is independently analyzed by AI. Where broad search AI proposes parameter ranges, search-around AI proposes specific fixed parameter sets — the deployment candidates.

Candidate Validation

Candidates are single-parameter-set backtests that represent specific, ready-to-deploy configurations. For each candidate, AI evaluates deployment readiness with a multi-level recommendation system:

• Strong Launch — high confidence, robust across conditions
• Launch — meets deployment criteria
• Conditional — has potential but needs specific conditions met
• Skip — doesn't meet current criteria
• Reject — fundamentally unsuitable

Each recommendation includes a confidence score, detailed reasoning, and a risk assessment. Portfolio impact analysis shows how adding the candidate would affect your existing live portfolio — including correlation with existing EAs and projected impact on overall risk.

Batch Intelligence

When multiple AI analyses propose similar parameter configurations, CurvLogic automatically detects and consolidates duplicates. This prevents redundant optimization runs and keeps the pipeline efficient.

Queue System

All optimization and analysis tasks flow through an intelligent queue with independent status tracking for execution and AI analysis. You can monitor progress in real time, and the system handles job scheduling, retries, and resource allocation across your MT5 instances automatically.
