We take your data privacy seriously. Here's what CurvLogic collects, stores, and how your information is protected.
What CurvLogic Stores
The CurvLogic platform stores the following data to provide the Service:
- Account information — your login credentials, email, and subscription status
- Optimization results — parameter combinations, performance metrics, and pass data from your MT5 optimizations
- AI analysis results — generated recommendations, confidence scores, and analysis summaries
- Deployment state — EA configurations, deployment status, and risk control settings
- Performance data — trade history, equity snapshots, and monitoring metrics reported by your MT5 terminals
- System preferences — your configuration settings and prompt customizations
What Stays on Your Infrastructure
CurvLogic connects to your MT5 terminals over the network, but several categories of data remain exclusively on your side:
- Broker credentials — your MT5 login details are never stored or transmitted to CurvLogic
- Account balances — real-time account equity is reported for monitoring but not permanently stored beyond performance snapshots
- EA source code — the Expert Advisors you trade with remain on your MT5 terminals
- MT5 configuration — your terminal settings, chart configurations, and local files
MT5 Communication
Your MT5 terminals communicate with the CurvLogic backend via encrypted HTTPS. This communication includes trade data, equity snapshots, performance metrics, and deployment instructions. All connections are authenticated and encrypted in transit using TLS.
Third-Party AI Services
When AI analysis features are used, optimization data is sent to the configured AI provider. Each provider has its own privacy policy:
The data sent to AI providers includes optimization performance metrics and parameter values for analysis. No personal financial information, broker account credentials, or trading account data is included in AI requests. You choose which AI provider is used.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days. Upon request, we can export or permanently delete all data associated with your account. Optimization results and AI analyses can be deleted individually through the platform interface at any time.
Data Security
We protect your data through:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication
- Secure authentication with session management
- Isolated per-account data — subscribers cannot access each other's data
- Regular backups with encrypted storage
No Analytics or Tracking
The CurvLogic marketing site and documentation pages do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking. The platform itself uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes. The latest version is always available on this page.
